You can return your package within 14 days of receiving the goods. Simply send us an email at asklimaconfidence@gmail.com with the subject "Return" and the reason for the return. After receiving your email, we will send you the return label along with instructions for a smooth return process.

We only accept returns for items that comply with our return policy.
