Exchange

If you would like to change the size and/or color of an item you purchased, you can exchange the item with us free of charge within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please send us an email with the subject "Exchange" and specify the replacement size and/or color from the available online color palette. Fill out the return form that you will receive from us via email. Once we receive your return, we will send the new item to the address from your original order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package has been shipped. You can only exchange the size and/or color of an item once, but you can return it at any time by following the instructions in our return policy.
